Thank you for your work on this, Mr Crumly. I came across your blog while searching for diagrams to show a friend some examples of the sort of thing I wish to include in a guide that I am compiling for altar servers of the Slav-Byzantine Rite, and was delighted to find your work. I shall certainly share it with my friends of traditional Catholic and Anglican churches, and the Orthodox of the Western Rite.
